Pokemon Mewtwo strikes Was The First Pokemon movie to ever come out. This Movie came out in the US in 1999and it reached #1 on the nationwide box-office sales chart.
The Birth Of Mewtwo
This explains how Mewtwo was created. It started with a Team Rocket Scientist who wanted to create a clone of his daughter Amber. When he was trying to bring back his daughter Amber he was also trying to clone a squirtle, Bulbasaur, charmander, and Mewtwo for Team Rocket. The only thing there was of the clones was there thoughts, dreams, etc. and Amber shows Mewtwo what the world is about. It is a radio drama special and I have only seen very little of it.
Mewtwo Strikes Back
This is the actuall movie. It tells a bit on how Mewtwo was created in the begining. Ash gets invited by mewtwo for a battle (Ash and his friends don't know it's Mewtwo a Hologram of a Nurse Joy tells them). Ash is not the only one who is invited. A Storm comes up and Officer Jenny doesn't want anyone leaving. Ash and everyone else decide to leave anyway. When they get there Mewtwo takes there Pokemon and starts to clone them. Well that's a summary (not a very good one)
What happens after that? Go bye Mewtwo returns to find out!
